Mr. Airfarcewon, how do you figure that Christie was not the GOP frontrunner candidate thus far when just prior to the bridge scandal, national polls put him 49% to Hillary Clinton's 48% if the election was held on that day in 2014? Christie also leads all Republicans like Cruz, Rubio, Jeb Bush, etc... by double digits as a contender. He IS the Number 1 Republican candidate so far, although neither he nor Hillary have announced an official run for the Presidency!!! I don't think the bridge scandal in 2014 will crush his hopes of running in 2016. There are a lot of Republicans and Independents that hate Hillary and when Obamacare flops or is repealed, defunded, whatever and we sink into severe debt of over $20 trillion and are facing financial collapse, a Republican is who to look to. Democrats may not have the votes they had last time because their 2016 candidate cannot blame GWB anymore. Obama will be 100% accountable for this disaster in our nation.
You know, I don't really care one way, or another...I just write parodies...and their content does not, necessarily reflect my personal or political opinions...some are based on news stories, or current events...but, even then, may be tweaked and fictionalized, or whatever, for what I hope is entertainment value...
Can't help but think that if Christie was involved in this retributive prank, it was possibly the biggest foot-shooting exercise in recent US political history
If Christie was involved, he should go to prison. Along with all his staff. Losing Christie as the Republican nominee is at once a big loss and no big loss. If you get my meaning. Just another RINO. Who is built like a rhino. Vladimir Putin for President. You know he loves his country.
Amen, AFW! Apparently some folks here have lost sight of the mission, namely writing and posting parodies, a definition of the singular here--parody: an imitation of the style of a particular writer, artist, or genre with deliberate exaggeration for comic effect.

IKR AFW, you should have seen the comments I received for my puppy roasting parody where few judged me by the parody I wrote, amazing. With that said, Christie would be perfect for a cartoon villain where his aides helps him in his dastardly deeds.
