potholed’s the Hollywood—lots of flats, too.

These rapers of us watch it all fall apart.
Their highway’s Hershey, as they are fat cats’ tarts.
Some highways appear made for a donkey cart.
These guys, way, are unfit.

Legislate racket brings bling that will jingle—
diametric opposite of Kris Kringle.
Majority of them are berries, type “dingle.”
They’re plutocrat types strokin’.

Institution is broken,
crumbling right in view.
Inmates, what are they smokin’?
A legislature sans clue.
