I am one of those
Fellow Dramatic Fools
An actor to the bone no doubt about it.

Sometimes the dressing room just reeks
The director yells some stuff at me
If I had lost the Guts
I might be going nuts
But I am not annoyed
I'm not alone

No rehearsals left
Could use a little rest
Until the curtain call I'll never get some
Tekkies in the booth
To the cue book they look
They move the switch and wait for the next cue

Sometimes the punchlines tend to sink
At times the cast plays trick on me.
These things keep coming up
But I will not erupt
This play takes loads of work
You all should know

Tech has got control
So the show must go on

We all been practicing for weeks
Although our blocking tends to stink
The cast is ready to go
Now tech will start the show
And when the curtain falls
Let's take a bow
