Governor Rauner recently passed a bill that prohibits elephants earlier this year!

I'm glad that Illinois listened to us
Illinois did something that banned elephants
From performing on our soil
I hoped that the Ringling Brothers
Learned their lesson
Rauner passed this bill

No circuses can treat elephants
Or force them to perform on Illinois' soil anymore!

Elephants carry diseases such as TB (tuberculosis)
They are very big ol' animals and very complex to take care of
This does not necessarily go for zoo-oos
