Yes, curling appeared in "Help!" as alvin said ... the bad guys replaced a curling stone with a bomb that had a ridiculously-obvious fuse, I think. Cool parody, hobbits. And I can see how curling might be better when drunk --- exhaled alcohol fumes would help melt the ice in front of the stone! Stone...stone...hmm, maybe curling would be fun stoned, too..."Hey, man, watch where you're sweeping that thing, man, you're FREAKIN' ME OUT, MAN!"
