The ironic part is that at one time, our US Gummint gave millions to (guess who) the Taliban to "fight the poppy trade". (true) They used it to buy weapons against us... So long as the US continues to wage repeated versions of Prohibition, the enrichment of criminal empires will continue. Inject these Fives.

Welcome back, Royce. Excellent substitutions. As TT implies, the War on Drugs does a better job of keeping the price of drugs high than it does of keeping the use of drugs low.

Royce... aww *HUGS*! We've all missed you - I sincerely hope you will get over it. Poetry is excellent self-therapy - I made last year three songs (The Steeltown trilogy) to unravel my own past and my unfulfilled professional dreams. I wish you luck and good recovery!
