Good way to go after him without having seen the speech, or without really listening to it, always preferable with this bum. (Yes, he IS a bum!) And, no, no one can teach him to see "NU-kleer," because in order to teach, one first has to have a student willing to learn. And don't take this the wrong way, but Bush himself is like a turtle: If he doesn't like what he sees, he retreats into his shell, and assumes, since you can't see him, he can't see you, therefore you must not be there... when the truth (for Bush, always a foreign policy) is, HE is the one who is usually not there... or not ALL there.
